- See x345
- The 1-4con2 primitives (cable attachment), seen from inside, should receive a BFC INVERTNEXT to prevent bad orientation when this primitive is BFC certified

This part looks good but I question the need for an open version of this part?

I have taken another more thorough look at this part and found numerous errors - to many to list here.
I'll forward an email to the author with my suggestions.

Please rotate this part so the 'cable' hole is facing along the -Z axis, and the part is lying flat -- that is, so the open face is upward, and the claspe is on the +X side. In other words, rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise around the Y axis, then rotate 90 clockwise around the Z axis.

The open form of this part is useful for parts lists (BOMs) when creating instructions

2-4ndis's overlap ring4's (and quads in this area)

outer 4-4edge's and 4-4cyli should be replace by 2-4 versions and remaining gaps correctly closed with quads and lines

- edgelines missing when you peek into the bottom rectangular hole
- edgelines missing when you peek into the bottom circular hole
- I'd like to hear some opinions about part numbering 6644.dat vs. 6644a.dat - what do you think?

Who is Miguel Agullo? He is not listed in the list of authors.
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/tracker/ptuserlist.cgi

I guess this should be divided into sub-sections like the suitcase 4449,
to be reused in 6644 and 6644c01?

"Who is Miguel Agullo?"
Among other things, he's one of the co-authors of "Lego Software Power Tools With LDraw MLCad and LPub" book...

Except of the missing condlines:
5 24 9.2388 -5 -3.82683 9.2388 5 -3.82683 10 5 0 9 5 -4.2
5 24 -9.23871 5 -3.8268 -9.23871 -5 -3.8268 -10 5 0 -9 -5 -4.2
the part is fine.

Anyway, Magnus is right, this part should be divided to create a closed c01 version
