Why not using high-res primitives all the way?

"new" needs to be removed from part name IMHO.
Every part is "new" at some day and gets "old" at some day.
There are two better ways to distinguish the "old" vs. the "new"
variant: the two variants could get simply named "Type 1" and "Type 2",
this already will suffice and also can reflect the chronological
order in which the part variants appeared.
Another possibility is to add the difference between the part
variants to their name, e.g.
"Brick Very Cool without Extended Clip"
"Brick Very Cool with Extended Clip"

Comments:
The 16 gear's teeth fall into the part itself... MLCad and PT show the part fine but LDView doesn't like it.
I also forgot to note that I rounded all values to four decimal places - but DATHeader's backups show me that the problem existed before my rounding took place.

Comments:
The subfile for the big gear is using the 24tooth-primitve.
I only see, some edges in this area. But for removing these the subfile must be in-lined. So maybe a needs work statement would be the best at the moment.
