This is a new 2013 mould and consists of the frame (Design-ID: 13760 / Element-ID (Dark Blue): 6051437) and the window (Design-ID: 13756 / Element-ID (Trans Light Blue): 6051432).
So this file is wrong here...
Nevertheless I don't own the parts. But I'm sure that some things could be used from my 2x8 boat windows ;-)

What proof do you have of this? How does this part differ from the c01 and c02 versions already on the PT? If Bricklink marks it as being the same as those parts, I generally assume it's a safe bet that they are.

On another note, I'm wondering if I should change the name to "Windscreen 2 x 6 x 2..." and perhaps have "train" as a keyword.

I searched this part on the lego replacement parts page. There is my information from.
AFAIK the inner corners of the top stud basement are rounded now. And yes train should get only a keyword.

It sounds like this version is actually two parts (13760 + 13756), which should be parts in their own right and this should be modelled as 13760c01. 6567 is a single part created in two colours by double injection moulding, hence the transparent and opaque sections are correctly modelled as subparts only.

According to the information from TLC this file is wrong modelled.
WINDSCREEN FRAME 2X6X2
Farbfamilie Blue
Element-Farbe EARTH BLUE
Kategorie Windscreens And Cockpits
Element-Nr 6051437
Design-Nr 13760

GLASS FOR WINDSCREEN 2X6X2
Farbfamilie Blue
Element-Farbe TR. LIGHT BLUE
Kategorie Windscreens And Cockpits
Element-Nr 6051432
Design-Nr 13756

Both needs to be a part and 13760c01 is the combination of both where the glass should be trans light blue and the frame in main color.
