Two problems I see. One for certain, one maybe.

Firstly the
1 16 0 0 -20 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 40 0 axl2hole.dat

should be split into two halves each connecting to the central inner ridge. Definitely.

Secondly the central inner ridge is not in the center. This seems likely wrong to me.
