Part is OK.
But I'm not happy with the name. In the "normal" parts it would be called plate. See 87580.dat for example.
But I'm wondering why the 88646.dat is a tile.
If this part should still stay as a tile then there must add a second whitespace in front of the "4 Center Studs".

we had a similar problem with the normal 1x2 tile/plate with 1 top stud.
the answer was easy to find:
just remember the definition of what a plate and tile is.
the one and only decisive difference is:
a plate has top studs, a tile doesn't.
apply this rule here, and voila, you have that this is a plate.
just its studs are arranged ina special way.
titling this as a tile would break this systematics, and add even more confusio .
however, everybody including me has the same duality problem,
so it perhaps is a good idea to add "tile" ti the keywords

At what height becomes a "plate" a "brick"?

A plate is usually 1/3 of a brick high.
Why is this part a "plate" and not a half-brick?
Is any part lower than one brick high, a plate?
