Don't have the part, but it matches Peeron's pictures, good origin and orientation, BFC OK, no technical issues, all edges there -> certify.

The dash between the third and fourth antistud is not meeting the antistuds properly, causing gaps.

Are the full circles in the stud tubes that mesh with the dash there for a reason, or are the intersection edges extraneous?

There is a clear molding line... but I admit these lines are more a modelling convenience than a real necessity!

I think the this is not a Technic Plate but rather a Wedge.

I suggest title to be: Wedge 2 x 16 Triple with Axle Hole

Yes, agreeing, this is a wedge IMHO.
Part should be renamed.
To match the other wedges, it also needs to be rotated 90 degrees
(the wedge pointing towards the viewer).

Thing that bothers me is that other wedges have a one brick height.
What about Wedge Plate 2 x 16 Triple with Axle Hole ???

Re-reviewing with part at hand.
The circle shapes around the studs have curved slopes in them - they're not even full half circles but lengthy arcs. I'd certify with them being full circles but I'd want the slopes there...

Wedge Plate 2 x 16 Triple with Axle Hole
seems ok to me, but please remember then also reorientation of the part.

Renamed and changed orientation.
You have to stop at some points refining details: I think adding the cones would be real overkill. We could as well model the small holes below the regular studs, or add the embossed design number...
