Another night without sleep... lucky I have the Monday off. :)
The interior may be a tad off. However it looks visually good enough for me and part builds fine into 41896.dat. Thus I consider this part good enough to not need a Needs Work modifier.

Who said "addictive"? ;o) Have a good night!
I am ok with the interior, but the thing that bothers me a bit is that the place where it meets the rim of 41896 is one ldu too large, and the lip of tire is slightly offset (one ldu too I think) in 41896 groove.
Look at it with an opaque 41896 and a trans tire. Now if you decide it's OK I'll follow you, it's impossible to tell with in black color!!!
To avoid these problems, I build the tire section that meets the wheel from the wheel itself, stripping it down to its rim and add a few invertnext...

Well it was like "gah I've been trying to get sleep for two hours now to no avail. And it's epic boredom. Hmm... I know! I'll finish that tyre I've been working on!" ^_^!
I'll look into the rim problem..

I already found new parts to work on and thus will not fix this issue. :)

Corrected overall dimensions, improved adaptation to 41896, rebuilt interior. Tell me what you think...

Looks fine for me too. :)
But I'm reluctant to certify as I'm the original author!

Here is the deal, I certify the subpart (I have not touched it) and you certify the wheel - if you find it OK - (I am the last who modified it) ;o)
The history will do...

corrected the two lines in question. but in my eyes this should never be something to hold or novote. Just my personal opinion.

Well, why not note it as a novote? My personal aspiration is to have almost perfect parts.
If this is not the case, I can not certify the part. But I don't want to be in somebody's way, who feel, that the part is correct. If there are two other reviewers, who think, that the part is OK, then it is OK.

No, it isn't ready. It should get a standardized description first.
