Very good part!
Since there is not yet a patterned version of this part, I would use a single subpart for the side stuff (but keep various sections well separated of course if needed in the future)

You have to inline the studs from the subpart (s/61191s03.dat, line 22- line 23) and rotate them according to the stud's original orientation.

This will avoid a mirrored stud logo.

Changed subparting since there is no patterned version of this part (and since it's a fairly old design, chances it will ever occur is pretty low). Of course I kept elements separated in file. Moved studs to main file
