I'm sorry, I can't certify the sub-files to this part.
IMO, the comment in one of them is still valid:
"Non-90 degree intersections of 16-agon cylinders need more attention that has been implemented here."

There seems to be enough info in the sepatate files to recreate them, but I don't have the time to do it.
