Now that currently all "Electric Plug" parts are on the PT,
we should use the opportunity to systematize their names!

Type 1 = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x562a
Type 2 = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x562b
and also (!):
http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/766c01

Narrow/Wide is a bit misleading because it easily associates
with the diameter of the metal pin. Instead, that means
the distance between the two pins.

The old plugs (Type 1) should get the keyword "vintage".

renaming was good.

could profit from adding a CMDLINE stating default color BLUE

yes, renaming was good, the new name matches the agreed systematics
we discussed at http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/x567c01.dat

however, still have to hold because of the too large size of
subpart parts/s/x567s02.dat, see there

I now after a much too long time had the chance to
check the sizes of the electric 12V plugs Types 1,2,3,4
against each other at my old collection at my parent's.
I was wrong here. My above claim that the older plugs have
a slightly smaller diameter than the newer plugs is wrong.
In fact, both plugs can be combined. The older ones are manufactured
a bit differently, so that they do fit only very tightly or only
very loosly, but these are manufacturing issues. My above claim thus was wrong.

I vote certify now here because this assembly is currently correct.
However, the parts being used here still have issues:
a) the plug body currently has gaps, voted hold there for that reason
b) the screw and the metal plug need to be renumbered to
become parts instead of subparts

After these issues have been fixed, this part is fine!

Corrected broken file reference from x592.dat to 592.dat.
While that part had become official, the "x" got removed.
Note that for that reason, this file has to go out as 592c01 as well
and must not get renumbered.

this file is so simple and my corrections were so small that I feel still allowed to CERT here to bring things forward for these parts:

@Steffen - As you do not have changed geometric data, I see no reason for you not to cert after I have done it.

But there is still one item missing in the electric plug range. The hollow plug (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=996ac01). I am sorry that I did not get finished that until now. But I keep it in mind.
