x559c01.dat, x559c02.dat can just be turned to have the crank handle on the other side as they are symetrical parts in z direction. This one not.

383 = lacquered plastic
494 = real metal
so 383 is wrong here, replace by 494

The drum is colliding with the semicircular bumb inside the holder. Why?

My thought is, that the bulb with the crosspiece, where the bulb is mounted on, will be pressed down by the drum and this will cause in a simple friction lock function for the drum.

As I recall, that's correct - it acted as a kind of brake for the drum. Unfortunately I no longer own one of these to check.
