No, there is an exception for flexible parts: end user must be able to create custom shapes so he needs to access elements easily -> they are created as parts.

removed unnecessary category entry.
This file is very useful for inventories and is build from single parts that allows also to bend this part. For that reason the "subparts" are treated as parts in the parts folder but the the leading ~.
Existing certification-votes were deleted.

IMHO this file is exactly like the mentioned referenz.
use end parts and fill inbetween. As the inbetween can only be build from several instances of one part this is fine for me.
