"0 // Towball socket borrowed from Don Sutter 32192"
32192.dat is Technic Angle Connector #4. Last time I checked it has no towball sockets. :)

I just discovered that in the inside of the ball socket, right and left of the holes, there can be seen gaps (BFC red).

I can not confirm that the error is fixed. I still see little gaps inside the towball socket.
Now i also saw some more gaps where the middle is getting smaller looking from the bottom. You need to zoom a little bit to see it. I hope you can see what I detected here.

Are you sure you properly updated the subpart? Can't see anymore gaps in towball socket or elsewhere.

Missing complementary cond-lines on this cyli:
1 4 0 -6 -100 3.83 0 -9.24 0 13 0 9.24 0 3.83 1-8cyli.dat

I don't understand why you all are focusing on the inside, when the edge lines on the topsurface
doesn't follow the intersection between the 1-4cyls in subfile and this cyli:
1 5 10 0 -80 0 -20 0 -9 0 0 0 0 -9 3-16cyli.dat

There are holes in the design, below that 3-16cyli, where it joins with the peghole and the 2-4cyli
at: +/-10 -3.2 -88.4

Cond-lines in that 2-4cyli is bleeding through/visible on the peghole ring surface.
Cond-lines in the 1-4cyls, in subfile, is bleeding through/visible on the top surface.

Maybe that 1-4cyls could be replaced by quads in the subfile instead.

I sincerely think that we are much, much too stringent! This part looks pretty good, what else do we need???
Eg. even knowing where the complimentary condlines are missing, I couldn't see them missing in close view of the part - much less in a complete model!
I'd rather spend time doing missing new parts than fixing already good looking ones!!!

"There are holes in the design, below that 3-16cyli (snip)"
Not sure to understand?

"Maybe that 1-4cyls could be replaced by quads in the subfile instead. "
Not a good idea, that would break continuity if used with primitive substitution

Well, I'm only holding for the missing cond-line at the 1-8cyli.

Adding these lines:
2 24 10 -3 -88.4061 10 -3.4443 -88.3151
3 16 9.8477 -3.4596 -88.3151 10 -3 -88.4061 10 -3.4443 -88.3151
to the subfile will plug the holes

Hopefully plugged all holes, added missing condlines and improved top cylinders intersection. No doubt it's better, but I keep thinking nonetheless that it was a pure loss of time!

Changed partition of 57515 for reuse of towball socket in 15459.
Renamed for more consistency with similar parts (32294 and 2738). BTW, I'd like to see 6572 renamed as Technic Suspension Arm 2 x 4.8 with Towball...
