This is a new color in the 57028 series, started by Philippe Hurbain, with a different rubber color to realize the 6043056 part, used in the set 70816.

- LDRAW_ORG line is wrong, should be Unofficial_Part
- color of tip should be 65 which is actual rubber yellow instead of 14

I can really recommend the use of DATHeader.
http://ldraw.heidemann.org/index.php?page=datheader

It will fix all the errors in your files.
The brackets around the username is wrong.
Still incorrect parttype.
Rubber yellow is 65, not 64

hmmm, cannot certify here: isn't this an assembly of
rubber part plus plastic part?
shouldn't this be of type "shortcut", and the constituents
of type "~part"?

No, this is how we usually do blended rubber parts.
