This file and it's subfiles are OK, but they need to be retitled to standardized nomenclature.

I suggest: "Tyre 11/65 x 18 Offset", but I'm unsure.
The tyre tread is offset, but also the position on the rim.
Should the profile be measured on the inside or the outside? They are different.
