Date format in header is misformatted.

Additionally, the plugs desperately need systematization.
We will otherwise create complete confusion. I myself have already difficulties. Here is a systematization suggestion:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1 (oldest one, first generation of electric plugs)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Single Plug = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x562a
Twin Plug = http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/x567.dat

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2 (80's version of plugs, made of a special, soft, gray plastic)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Single Plug = (does not exist AFAIK)
Twin Plug = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x562b

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 3 (successor of Type 2, made of harder plastic)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Single Plug = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/765c01
Twin Plug without 3rd plastic pin = not present on peeron or ldraw currently
Twin Plug with 3rd plastic pin = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/766c01
Twin Plug without 3rd plastic pin, special wide variant for trains = http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2775c01

Thank you very much for completing my list!
The list seems complete to me now.
I'd like to have some minor things improved:
- The names of the special wide variants of type 2 and 4
should correspond, as both serve the purpose of connecting
a cable with the train power source. No other socket fits these
plugs. Thus, I'd like to have matching names for the two.
- All Part Titles IMHO should get capitalized using
English Heading Capitalization, e.g. I'd prefer
Twin Plug with Cross-Cut Pin
over
Twin Plug with cross-cut pin
- I'd like to have "with 3rd plastic pin" replaced by
"with Center Plastic Pin"

I suggest systematically renaming all plug files on
the PT to finally get this issue tidied up.
I think all plugs should be present without cable attached,
and there should be ...c01 shortcuts for plugs plus cables.

thanks for renaming!

part title now doesn't match our table (see above),
the plugs used here are
"Electric Plug (Type 2) Twin with Cross-Cut Pin", thus,
this part should have this in its name IMHO
