This has to go into the /s folder.

Comments:
I don't think so, because these segments are used by people to build other tread configurations. So they must appear as parts. See 680/681/682 parts

Ok, downgrade to novote. But I think this, and also the other should have a ~ or _ in front of title.

- should theme-specific prefix "Technic..." be removed from part name?
- isn't this a "belt", not a "tread"?

Same here -> Part or Subpart?

type needs to be changed to "Subpart".
this file only gets put into the "Parts" folder for easy access by
MLCad users.
I do not like that workaround, as it is a shortcoming of tooling
which carries over into inconsistency of our library.
However, at least the type inside the file should be correct.

Made it a subpart in parts folder. I don't know if something was changed in PT or if I made a mistake when I tried last time, but it now works!

Four t-junctions, easy to avoid.
Could use more box-primitives.
