Well, I used edger2 with options: -c -b -s for this.
After edgers calculation I checked these lines visually in LDView. In this case I could confirm, that all lines given by edger are really missing...
Note: Before using edger I checked the part visually for missing edges and I found at least 4 of those missing lines. Due to the complexity of this part I used edger. For simple parts I try to use the slower way: my brain. :-)

I'm sorry, but the lines in my review are all red.
Since you copied them, they're all incorrect now.

If you use my lines then you also have to change the four rect2a-prims into rect1.
The edge lines are partly duplicated.

There are two overlappings (quad covered completely by another quad) at both sides of the topmost horizontal connhole.
