Does this really exist as a patterned part, or is it an old mistake from before we knew how to represent and use stickers?

I have checked Bricklink (all sets by hand, partly with a look into the instructions) and peeron, too
I couldn't find a set with this part as a patternd version. There are always stickers on it.
I thought about a sticker version, but do we really need such a file?

We have fixed these errors in the past, e.g. 2494p01 --> 2494d01, 3068p65 --> 3068bd01, 4448p01 --> 4448d01.

careful, we need to keep downwards compatibility here.
the title says "Black" sticker, but the image shows a white one.

Should use black patterned sticker.
Sticker should not be scaled. Either recreate 164575d to correct size or if this uses a different sticker, make a new sticker file.

It seems, that there is something wrong with the PT. The reverenced Sticker-File is with an black arrow. I've checked this for the fourth time now. Please tell me, if I am wrong.
