are the pins fixed to the part unremovably by the user?
if yes ----> then this file should replace 47974.dat
if no ----> then this file is simply a very special combination
of three parts for which I don't see a reason to be
in the parts library

As I mentionned above, this combination should be renamed 48147. No, the pins are not detacheable without breaking things.
