Comments:
Although this part has a fastening panel on the left side I did not divide the part into base and fastening sections. The reasons are:
The fastening panel has snap arms and is almost non-detachable. The part is available in some colors but not bicolored (e.g. like 42289). So it was possible to design it mirror-inversed regardless of the fastening panel.
