As this detail is also not modelled at part 32174 I change my vote. Maybe it should be noted that the axle could not complete through this part.

Perhaps the stops should be added to both this part and 32174?

Voting hold, however, as the "holes" near the pin hole are not through in the real part! There should be quads filling them, and also it seems to me that they should actually be a bit smaller.

why..? This is a totally new part. It has had no former history. I had also mailed Tim before working on this part and he said it was OK for him as he cares "for good files in the library, not my files."
