I think this shortcut really should have remarks that tells the user which parts the lines refer to. Especially now that most minifig parts have changed part numbers!

IMHO, this file should get inlined into
4719c02.dat.
That shortcut otherwise not really is useful.
A user normally wants to modify the minifig,
so ...c02 isn't of much use for him currently.
I see no reason to build a ...c02 ---> ...c03
inclusion hierarchy here.
