We should use the one or the other but not both in the same context.
Holding this file because it is one of them. There are many others that I have to hold also for this reason.

Physical_Colour files can be Parts or Shortcuts. Maybe the confusion arises from the boilerplate text (... is a "shortcut" with ...).

If it is a single element in a particular colour it is still a "Part"; if it is an assembly of two or more elements it is a "Shortcut".
