Orientation mismatches with 32173.dat. As it is the only official part of this kind, its orientation should be preserved in other parts.

rotated 90 degrees to match orientation of
32170.dat, 32173.dat.

However, sadly, the ball joints parts are not oriented systematically :-(((, for example:

- the very similar 47300.dat and 41670.dat are positioned opposingly.

- 32173.dat has correct orientation, but a weird origin

The current placement of this file is IMHO the best compromise.
It places the origin at the ball joint, so it can be easily used and rotated around it. The other ball joint parts do the same, except for 32173.dat. Orientation is like the majority of existing official parts.

Here is a test assembly:

1 46 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 47300.dat
1 46 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 41670.dat
1 35 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 32170.dat
1 36 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 32173.dat
1 15 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 44148.dat

- inlined s02 subpart which was only used 1 time
- adjusted to 90 degrees rotation of subpart s01

this part probably needs renaming.
currently official files are named this way:

47300 = Technic Bionicle Leg 3 x 3 with 2 Ball Joints
41670 = Technic Bionicle Leg 4 x 4 with 2 Ball Joints
32170 = Technic Gear Rack Double with Ball Joint
32173 = Technic Liftarm 2 x 7 with 2 Ball Joints

there are 2 small edges missing at where the top connector
connects with the top surface.
