are the blue pattern portions intended?
to me, 4215ptc0.dat appears incomplete.
it is not completely surrounded by a color 16 frame
(which I expected it to be)

sorry, I didn't notice that each color was in its own subfile.
so my expectaion of a complete border of color 16 around the motorcycle
was wrong of course.
However, I still like to see a link to a real world part of this
to be able to verify that the blue portion visible here on the PT
is intended
