This file uses a subfile which uses a pattern which is a duplicate of existing files.
Suggested fix: abolish the subfile usage here in toto.
Instead, simply use the existing pattern subfiles to put the pattern
onto the door here directly.

I think the subfile s\4181s03.dat is so small that it is not really needed. It should be inlined here IMHO.

I've just found a tiny small error in this file, and 4181p08, causing MLCad to crash.
It says "BFC CERTIFY CWW".
It should be BFC CERTIFY CW or BFC CERTIFY CCW.
