If I look in 4121 they are shorter and wider.

The quad doesn't appear to meet the chord 100% perfectly but quad-primitive problems like this are kind of difficult to fix perfectly.. it's good enough IMO

The hairline gap is caused by these two polygons:

the triangle is inlined from the chord primitive.
