Maybe some of the many uncoloured quads could be replaced with 1-8cyli and t08o6250?

And again, I want to see the word "Pattern" added.
"Minifig Head Mummy 2-Sided w. 2 Eyes / Gold Death Mask Pattern"
or
"Minifig Head Mummy 2-Sided with 2 Eyes/Gold Death Mask Pattern"

i replaced the quads, but the primitives do not fit exactly. now there are hairline gaps, i think it has to do with precision, rotation and rounding. previous version had no gaps.
what do you prefer?

I prefer no gaps...;-)

I think that you could get a much better result with more decimals on the primitives.
I usually only have two or three decimals on the triangles and quads, but four or five on rotated primitives.
Someone with better math skills could perhaps explain why that is better.

Thanks for adding the word Pattern.

can somebody confirm that there is a problem with the conditional lines of the primitives? at certain points of view, they disappear.

i tested the last four c-lines of t08o6250.dat and replaced

this helped a little.
or does the rotation of this prim destroy the control points?

i think i finally solved the problem with the conditional lines, but i still don't understand why the conditional lines from t08o6250 primitive are not sufficient for the borders (where the primitives connect to the rest). you can see what i mean when you remove the lines 80-115 from the file, and do a conditional line check. it has something to do with the controlpoints in primitive file.

Curved primitives have end condlines designed to match "flat" surfaces:
Cylis and cones match tangent planes, sphe sections match tangent cylinders, and tori match cylinders on end and bottom, disc on top.

If you put two similar primitives end to end, the condlines from each sides complement each other to get the right result. If you "explode" one primitive, you must keep these edge condlines to get correct result.
