There are about 50 unnecessary condlines in this file.

Removed unwanted cond-lines.

"Snapped" pattern to a temporary skeleton subfile, and that increased the smoothness.
Now, the cond-line subfile (3626bs05) and the pattern work better together.
Unificator can't snap to a file with only cond-lines. Right, Philo?

Existing certification-votes were deleted.

The "skeleton" was made using the cond-line subfile 3626bs05.
I simply changed all linetypes from 5 to 2. ;-)
