Relaxing to novote because the errors only affect
anyway flat files.

However, I personally would prefer to have the matrix all zeros
errors removed.

I am not sure is it possible to remove BFC INVERT NEXT before cyl*
and box* by modifying a matrix?

I'm suggesting to add a tilde ~ in front of the part name,
as the part user normally wants to use the 3496c*.dat parts only
and additionally can't disassemble them.

We should take the opportunity that this part
is on the PT for renumbering:
this way we're able to correct its misplaced origin.
It should match the "Tile..." parts IMHO.
The moved-to shortcut can do the downwards compatible relocation.

I especially dislike that this file and 6936.dat have different origin systematics.
I suggest changing this file so its origin is at the level where a 1x2 tile would have it.
