I am dealing with the coplanarity issues and have added onto the side of the head. I may not upload a newer version until the coplanarity issues are fixed.

Fixed most of the coplanarity issues. I deliberatly ignored warnings regarding lines 115 and 116 as they are essential to producing a skewed cylinder.

Bizarrely, if I set the roof of the eyeholes to connect with perpendicular lines, this will result in more complaints of incoplanarity, despite the fact that no verticess y-posiiton were altered

I may need to go back and fiddle some more with lines 594 and 595 so that they intersect with the side cylinders more faithfully yet are still coplanar.

Ok!
Just some other things to consider.
Body:
1) I think the origin should be at the neck and not at the mouth.
Header:
1) Title should be: Technic Connector Block 3 x 4 x 1.667 (Needs Work)
2) In front of all mentioned numbers here it should be one space added.
3) As "Technic" is the first word of the description it should not be added as category.
4) BFC statement is missing. At least a "BFC NOCERTIFY" has to be added.
Otherwise keep doing! I am waiting for a long time for this complex part.

Maybe you should split this into half, so it is easier to look into this part in building process.

Major proportional reworkings. The back and mouth are beginning to take shape

I am not sure about the idea of prefixing each line with a leading spaces, as I do not see other parts manifesting this attribute

I am also not sure about the origin being at the neck, as the area where the head connects to the torso depends on a separate part

Two challenges I am facing right now is that primitives used do not have versions that do not have optional lines at the edges, thus the mouth has somewhat strange shading, and I am trying to figure out how to make two quads conform to the general slope the side of the head takes, while still cutting through the cheek cylinders directly in the middle

Another update. Not only has the side pipes issue been rectified, but I have applied numerous proportional reworkings and primitive substitution. Also, just about all of the gaps are filled.

All that is left is to "drill out" the bottom holes completely, get circular corners into four sharp corners, and apply edge rings to where the side pipes touch the top and bottom.

I am also considering moving the origin of the part to either the middle hole or the bottom.

My apologies. I had no intention of uploading a new "revision" of this file. The commentary that I posted with this upload was meant for a different part
