I propose to move Z direction to 40 LDU for center the top of the part !

I don't approve to move Z to the center part, but only the center of the top of part.

Another suggest ?

should be retitled.
instead of saying "#1" in the title,
name the color of the bottom (which is the distinguishing element between the assemblies)

The distinguishing elements are the lack of a drive shaft out of the end of the 2nd one, and the addition of an additional peg hole on either side of that end (also in the 2nd one).

Official names of the elements are M.B.-BOX and M.B.BOX REVISED EDITION; a rare time TLG has done that kind of naming.

using the official names is not a necessity for ldraw.
however, titling this "#1" doesn't really help much IMHO.
checkout
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptpatterns.cgi?c=32288
which visually easily shows the differences of the assemblies.
we should IMHO title each assembly so that its title
reflect its visual contents properly.

That display does not adequately show the difference between the parts, since the primary -- functional -- difference between them doesn't show up from the front angle.

As for naming, I did not advocate adoption of the official names in my comment.
