Looks good, but the way you did it (quads attached to round primitives) you loose one of the main benefit of using primitives: improved resolution with primitive substitution. In order to capitalize on this, you should match ndis around discs, and use ring primitive around the keyhole. Also chrd primitives are marginally better than partial disc primitives as they don't add an extra vertex in center.
With all this in mind, keyhole top becomes
1 0 -.02 0 3.34 1.8809 0 1.8809 0 1 0 -1.8809 0 1.8809 3-4chrd.dat
1 72 -.02 0 3.34 .62697 0 .62697 0 1 0 -.62697 0 .62697 3-4ring3.dat

Comments:
Added ndis primitives around discs and replaced top part of keyhole with a combination of ndis/ring3/chrd primitives.

Thanks for the suggestions. :)

As a user, I would like to have DatHeader tell me about this autocorrected error when making a review of a file.
