where did you find it? i rework "4". But pattern creator did not show overlapping.

I use Edger2 as a detector for unmatched edges.
And I use "random colour" in LDView to study the result from Edger2.
If you set LDView in "Fly through"-mode, you can zoom in very close.

In this file there is now a T-junction on the back-side of the 4
