Saw that the user doesn't seem to have uploading rights, so manufactured all missing cylinders, rings and circle. The torii have to be made by somebody else...

The author (Kevin Roach) does have upload rights - he just has a technology problem at present. Only people who are registered as a Submittor can submit files now, even through the admin.
I am working with Kevin to provide the missing primitives.

I'd also like to note that the title needs to be also changed - if left like this it would be sorted to the top of the parts list.

Good to see this file getting fixed. A couple of issues still.

I don't understand the need for hi-res primitives here.
There are gaps between peghole.dat and hi-res cylinders.
The cylinder around the peghole is bleeding through its surrounding topsurface.

All subfiles have many occurences of "bfc certify invertnext", should be "bfc invertnext".
All subfiles have badly formated comments. A comment should start with "0 // 'some text'".
DatHeader could help in fixing this.
What is your username? The new primitives all have a different one than these files, kevroa01.

I'd expect the grill to be facing +z, and pins facing -z. I can live with this orientation too, though.

I also prefer this orientation because it's how official Lego sets tend to use it.

For example:

Just a comment about "official" orientation (if that exists): it's upside-down with LDD's version.
But it's still simpler for LDD<->LDraw conversion.
