Nice Job! However,
2 lines have stray ends. (They do not go where they should) They run on the z axis, low on the part, inside surfaces of the sloped areas.
2 24 -30 64.1858 10 -31 62.6892 -10
-> 2 24 -30 64.1858 10 -30 64.1858 -10
2 24 30 64.1858 10 31 62.6892 -10
-> 2 24 30 64.1858 10 30 64.1858 -10

Also, not as critical, there are 11 lines on each side(total of 22 lines) that cross the x-y plane that could be trimmed into two lines each.

spelling "propeller" should be changed to "propellor"
to match currently official parts naming

Wow, a complex part, congratulations.
I found two minor issues that should be easy to solve:
a) I think that this quad and similar
4 16 -19.3649 37 -10 -35.0054 37 -10 -34.6076 35 -10 -20.8567 35 -10
is missing an edge where touching the outside round border
b) I think that this line
2 24 -35.0054 37 -18 -35.0054 47 -18
and similar is wrong

"b) I think that this line 2 24 -35.0054 37 -18 -35.0054 47 -18 and similar is wrong" no, that lines are needed and ok.

Will try to solve the a) problem.

this 4-4edge

I still don't understand the line
2 24 35.0054 47 -18 35.0054 37 -18
It cuts straight through a quad, but where that quad
touches the outside wall, the edge is missing. hmmm

I really don't want to say this, but please have a look at outermost left and right condline in the housing. It is a bit to short. (OK thats nitpicking)

But if you look a bit up/down there are all in all 4 crosspieces where the edgeline to the inner housing area is missing. (this is the hold reason)
