Comments:
- the 'Created with stl2dat' line should start with '0 //'
- should ideally be BFC'd :-)
- email address not required, and possibly not allowed?
- lots of edge-lines could/should be conditional lines
- an 'open' version would be a useful shortcut to have :-)

Deleted all edge- and condlines and redid them with Edger2. Looks okay to me, but I still don't know where what is needed. Added BFC, at least this is right ;-)

IMHO,
- the bottom stud should be modeled by using a stud primitive
- the rear cylinder handle as well by using primitives
- edges are missing where the handle attaches to the shell
- I would like to see some non-cond-edges go along the ribs
- the intersection between the edges at the rear handle is incorrect

Although this is one part physically, I would prefer tho have this as two parts, the upper and lower part of the calm to position it a I like. i.e may be use a shortcut the for a closed version

This part should have a stud oriented origin, but I've seen this part used as a minifig hand held accessory?
Could we add some info about were the grip is? It's exact position becomes clear deep inside the sub-parts.

Official pictures show the clam hold by the stud:

Much force is needed to insert the grip into a minifig hand:

http://leggomylegos.blogspot.it/2014/01/minifigure-spotlight-lego-movie-marsha.html

The hand gets stretched using it this way so I would prefer not adding any info.

I am not so keen of 30218 / 30218-f1 since both versions ARE 30218. In other similar occurence, we have 30218-f1 / 30218-f2
