Do we really need such a simple sticker+part combination?

a clear yes!
here's my reason:
would this be a printed pattern, then there would be no question.
just because lego decided to implement this as brick+sticker
instead of brick+pattern, a user would still want to use it
in the same convenient way.

i like the ...d01, ...d02, ...d03 parts.
whoever doesn't, can keep them out of the library installation
the same way as e.g. part aliases.

i am keeping the hold vote because the sticker got renumbered
but not here.

The dependendy is restored, please lift your Hold-vote.

Is it correct practice to colour the sticker?
It is coloured black in ths file, but all other brick-sticker shortcuts I can find are uncoloured.

I don't think it is correct to use the word "shortcut" in the description.
