Looks ok, except that the inside surface seems to be missing from the back side of the wheel, I believe this is in subpart s\6595c.dat

I rewrote s/2996s.dat to use all primitives (using mostly existing primitives - I broke down and created 48/1-4con12.dat), then inlined s/2996s into the main file. Unfortunately, the 6595 subfiles used by 2996.dat need some improvements. So I'll update those files next, and submit them when ready.

Yep, the missing cylinder walls are part of what needs to be fixed in the 6595 subfiles.

This part is about 10LDU too long in the Z dimension.

Doh, never mind that last comment - I've got too many wheel parts floating around here, and I was looking at the wrong one.

I changed the interior cylinder to reduce the problem with the missing interior surfaces.

While I was working on fixing the issues with this part, I realized that there are physical differences between the core of part 6595 and the core of 2996. So using subpart files from 6595 in 2996 won't work.
The differences I noticed include:
- the crossaxle hole in 2996 has 4 teeth, instead of 2
- the crossaxle hole in 6595 (and some other wheels) is large; once an axle is inserted, there are visible gaps. The crossaxle hole in 2996 is relatively small/tight.
- the backside of the crossaxle hub on 2996 is notched like the technic bushing. So it could be mounted on a 2x2 brick.
- the frontside of the crossaxle hub has an extra indent around the crossaxle hub.
- the cutout holes around the 6 pegholes are slightly smaller. The holes in 6595 will accomodate a pin joiner, the holes in 2996 will not. The difference is pretty small, and both parts would probably model these holes with radius=10LDU.

I guess it comes from tire grade... should probably be renamed. Suggestions? (thickness is 30mm, overall diameter 43.2mm)
