sorry, I still disagree with the line in the header
0 !LDRAW_ORG Unofficial_Part

This will make rendering software add a thin border around this part
(i.e., create the tiny artificial gap between bricks).

The type should be changed to
0 !LDRAW_ORG Unofficial_Subpart

That was the reason for my hold vote above.

To keep things clean and tidy, I additionally request
to move this to the \s folder (as we did in all other cases before).
I cannot see a reason to exceptionally not do this here.
But that was not the reason to vote hold.

No, it doesn't. Beeing enclosed in a part (not a model) there is not seam generated. See these images, generated with a huge 3ldu seam (LDView direct and POV export from LDCad)
