General Cleanup and Fixing:
- BFC'd
- Used more primitives and rectified
- Removed as many T-Junctions as I could find
- Fixed a few errors and added some missing lines
- Un-scaled top-studs, moved them up, and added cylinders underneath.
This way, Stud-finding software will still find the studs AND we
maintain our policy of not scaling studs.

Although to be honest, the long studs still look odd/wrong to me. I don't own the part, so I can't verify, but it seems odd that LEGO would release a part with such tall studs.

The long studs go inside the structure of monorail tracks (supposed to hold more firmly?).
I really don't understand the craze to remove all T-junctions, when they cost many triangles and cause no visual problems!?! Bottom cavity should really be done with a single box5 instead of this gazillon of surfaces!!!
