Good work on your first part. However, the studs are misplaced; they should be at Y=10 and Y=-10, not 8 and -8. And the whole part needs to be rotated 90 degrees. The standard orientation for tyres/wheels is to make the axleline coincide with the Z-axis.

I did not check this part against the real element, nor did I try to use it in an LDraw model with other parts.

Thanks for the tips. I fixed the studs, rotated the piece, renamed the subpart and changed the description on the subpart. Now how do I remove the old subpart file?
