Part type should be Unofficial_Shortcut and not Part. The "[Complete Assembly]" in the title is superfluous and can be removed.

Also, Flywheel is not a valid category. I'm not sure what kind of category to use for this kind of part since it's a plate + wheel gizmo. Perhaps we could use Vehicle for this one?

Please also consider making this part BFC-certified, read more about BFC here: http://www.ldraw.org/article/415.html
To make the part BFC-certified you basically add '0 BFC CERTIFY CCW' or '0 BFC CERTIFY CW' in the header of the file, enable BFC red/green view in LDView, it's in the options on the Geometry tab and then flip whatever faces appear red until the part only appears green.

Very nice work BTW, especially for a first timer! I like the part very much and am just pointing out what's still wrong in the part and should be changed. :)

As suggested in the axle ~part, u9082, I think that we should follow the standardized naming nomenclature in all of these parts.
I made some measurements and have the following suggestions/objections.

11767, "Motor Inertia Flywheel 4 x 7 x 1 with Metal Wheel and DkAzur Tyre"
Keywords: Chima, Speedorz, Rip Cord
Bad orientation. Should be placed like other Motors. Turn 90 degrees.

11125, "~Motor Inertia Flywheel 4 x 7 x 1 Housing with 2 Vertical Pegholes and 2 x 2 Studs"
Keywords: Chima, Speedorz, Rip Cord, 11767
Bad orientation. Should have the same as the parent assembly. Turn 90 degees.

Wheel Nomenclature: rim_diameter_(mm) x width_(mm) [optional qualifier]
11140, "~Wheel Rim 26 x 7 with Rip Cord Gear Axle"
Keywords: Chima, Speedorz, Flywheel, 11767
Good orientation.

Tyre Nomenclature: width_(mm)/profile_as_%age_of_width x rim_diameter_(mm) [optional qualifier]
u9081, "~Tyre 7/ 22 x 26 Racing Slick"
Keywords: Chima, Speedorz, Flywheel, Rip Cord, 11767
Good orientation.

Axle nomenclature: Axle [Material] [diameter] x [lenght] LDU
u9082, "~Axle Steel 5 x 70 LDU"
Keywords: Chima, Speedorz, Flywheel, Rip Cord, 11767
Bad orientation. Should be placed like other Axles. Turn 90 degrees.

Why? I find it a waste of time to go after sub-part titles like that. They are hidden from the user and the user will find these parts by disassembling this shortcut. Furthermore, as they are specific to this part, "axle for 11767" makes 100% sense to me.

I'm with Magnus here. As we still have a naming system, we should use this for ALL parts and should not allow exceptions due to the use of some parts.

+++Thank you very much for your nice and helpful comments on this part and all the subs!+++

header fixed
BFC added

didn't fix the name and the orientation though:
- orientation: I choose the same orientation as the 2x... plates, btw: LDView renders the stubs with LEGO-Logo just as it is in the real part, so I think orientation should be ok. Im not sure about the origin of the part, so I choose the same as in a 2x2 plate
- name: I just copied the name from http://rebrickable.com/parts/11767 , so if you think it's not a suitable name please make a suggestion

Again, Please rename these files.

I've had a look into the files making this assembly. They all look good, but have a few issues.
Mainly t-junctions and flat areas made of many tri and quads, that could be replaced by a single quad.
You could also consider moving the designs to the positive side of the x-axis. It would get rid of a lot of minus signs.

Just realized that user Steffen submitted a version (at Fri Jun 13 23:35:02 2014) which I didn't download before renaming my file, so please do it again, sorry for that :(

About the orientation issues: if everybody agrees with MagFors (at Sat May 31 13:35:05 2014) I will change the orientation of all the files. But as I said at Thu Jun 5 19:15:01 2014: IMHO at least the main model 11767 is in correct orientation, but I don't really care about the subfiles.

BTW: is there a way to communicate here without submitting a file?

regards, IW

I think maybe there is some confusion here, origin/orientation.

All parts have a good origin.
All studs have good orientation.
Some of the parts, and their sub-files, should be turned 90 degrees around y-axis.
This assembly should also be turned 90 degrees to match other motors; electric, pull-back and flywheel.
