Reference to Subpart must be: s\11301s01.dat
(the s\ is missing)

Could use a stud group.

Excellent, perfect fit with 54091. Do you intend to do matching top part?

Can be simplified in some areas...

There are some BFC errors and missing condlines.

Seems you copied the stud4a rotation matrix for the top studs ;-)
Now they are upside down.
Just use these lines to correct:
1 16 0 24 -10 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 stug2-1x4.dat
1 16 0 24 10 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 stug2-1x4.dat

And the edges are missing, where the right blue circle is pointing to.

When this is fixed, I'll come back and cert.

The studgroups are mirrored.
All could be moved to the subfile, only adding three stud groups here.

It's not a hold reason.

The studgroups are mirrored.
The subfiles are overlapping each other.
The underside stud adapters and the added edge lines could be move to the subfile.
