There are (very small) gaps where the sides of line 23 meet the 1-4chrd. I think it is a rounding issue.

I am very curious to know how you can see that - at least I see nothing here...
Anyway, Edger2 finds no unmatched edges there unless I push precision to 0.0003. A match below 1/1000 is OK!

When I took a look onto the picture of this part at Brickset.com, I thought, that parts like 96489 could fit this hole with their "pin".
Please correct me, if you own this part and I'm completely wrong with my assumption.
