Official file 4672 needs to be renumbered.
The underside structure of 4672, with 13 understuds, needs to be added.
Nothing wrong with this file, and the entire file could be used in 4672.
Just add all the extra supports and understuds.

According to Brickset one of these is 10199, and one is 4672. Both files needs to be renumbered.

But which one has 11 studs, and which has 13?
According to Bricklink:
"Newer copies of this plate no longer have the connections on the underside that were found in earlier examples of this part."

11 studs = 10199 = new part
13 studs = 4672 = old part
