More than 8 characters are allowed. The LDraw Specification defines a limit of 25 characters. But all similar primitives have 9-99co99 format. So it would be easier to find this prim e.g. in a sorted list. May be that "hold" is to rigouros - its "novote" now...

Primgen2 generates condlines that match tangent planes, while (depending on setting) primgen created condlines that matched full cylinder. Matching tangent plane is more flexible, so it is preferred (avoid ugly lines showing at the junction of planes with cylinders/cones). Since the angle difference is low with 48 primitives, it makes little difference, but I'll regenerate this one with primgen2.
