This primitive is based on the idea of the primitive located here:

http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=p/4cyl8sph.dat

However, this is to be used for the new towball parts which have a
very minor (but functional) groove where the sphere is attached to
the cylinder:

http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/14417.dat
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/15456.dat

I'm not 100% on the name, as "38cyl8sph.dat" isn't accurate, but the
Parts Tracker will not accept "3.8cyl8sph.dat", and I do not have a
currently-obvious solution.

Are you sure of the dimension?

I see a need for a 35cyl8sph in part 32186, "Technic Steering Arm with 3 Ball Joints".
For some reason, unknown to me, it is made with thinner cylinders.

Probably 19cyl40sph.dat would be more appropriate (and scaling the primitive up by 5). Usually we prefer integers.

Then the one Magnus wants would be a 7cyl16sph.dat.
