Added 0 BFC CERTIFY CCW statement.
The reasoning behind that is that I want to easily be able to check
if a model is "fully BFC certified", i.e., it uses no files which are not BFC certified. For that reason, all our primitives should continue to be, even if they only contain edges like this.

Existing certification-votes were deleted.
